Best Western Plus Daphne - Spanish Fort

It was clean and neat. Nothing really stood out as spectacular.

I did not like the fact that I thoughtI was booking on the Best Western site and ended upon a third party site which I did not choose, No fault of the property that I could tell.

Had a fine stay on our road trip, everything was perfectly fine! We loved rooms with sofa. There were a microwave oven and a refrigerator upon arrival. Also, location was marvellous and handy, just a short stroll away from Timber Creek Golf Course. The area was comfortable, a perfect base for us.

I had an amazing stay with a super comfortable King Suite and a delicious breakfast selection that made my mornings fantastic. The clean jacuzzi tub was an unexpected treat! I'd totally come back.

The room with spa tub. The setting was favourable, so close to Mobile's activities, shopping areas, the battleship USS Alabama.

Location was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and plenty of selections.

I enjoyed my stay with comfortable beds and a clean room. The sofa in the room was not comfortable was good. Staff interactions varied, with some being friendly while others were not as helpful, which could be improved for a better guest experience.

The elevator was down and we had a handicap person, but they turned it on so we could get him to the second floor

People were great, location also.

The friendly staff made check-in seamless, and the breakfast offered a great variety, with hot options that were fresh. Housekeeping was inadequate during my four-night stay. Our room was never cleaned, disappointing. The furniture needed updating and felt worn, impacting overall comfort.

I loved thesuper clean and cozy room and was impressed by the friendly staff. Plus, there's a Starbucks just a short walk away, perfect for my morning caffeine fix.

The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly made cheese omelets. The staff, especially eric, were super friendly and helpful. Compared to my previous visit to another place in spanish fort, this hotel definitely was great with the cleanliness and amenities offered.

The King Suite offered decent space for a family, with a well-equipped kitchen area with a microwave and fridge. The tv had plenty of channels.

The layout of the King Suite was a bit dysfunctional when the sofa bed was pulled out. The breakfast options were limited, with pre-packaged items that were only available until 8 AM on weekends, which can be inconvenient for late risers. I also encountered some noise disruptions from the hallways , detracting from a restful atmosphere.
